Decoder updates
...
- do not decrypt streams when the key sizes mismatch
- emit zeros, Codec2 silence, or nothing when unencryptable stream is received (also for signature frames)
- emit Codec2 silence for malformed frames (by Viterbi metric)
- remove the Encryption drop-down

- control messages are ignored in continuous mode

fix AES
...
- generate a fresh nonce (32-bit timestamp + 80 random bits) for every transmission and carry it in META
- fix the random bytes overwriting the last timestamp byte
- counter = nonce || FN
- take the AES key size from the received TYPE
- separate buffers for the AES key and the public key
- never print AES keys, only their length
