Paul Spooren 11a7d8a0b7 Dockerfile: install python3 
Python3 is now a requirement for the buildroot and must therefore exist
in the sdk/imagebuilder containers.

Also sorted the package list and added myself as maintainer.

Initial push to use openwrtorg. Generatres rootfs, sdk and imagebuilder
