The MCP2517FD, MCP2518FD and MCP251863 are not covered by the mcp251x
driver, which only handles the older MCP2510, MCP2515 and MCP2525
parts. Package the mcp251xfd driver for them.

Package the vxcan driver, which implements a local CAN traffic tunnel
between two virtual CAN network devices, analogous to what veth does
for ethernet.

These modules are no longer built by the kernel, but are still listed
next to the modules that replaced them:
- can-usb-esd: esd_usb2 (renamed to esd_usb)
- nf-flow: nf_flow_table_hw (part of nf_flow_table)
- nft-netdev: nf_tables_netdev (part of nf_tables)
- drm-imx: imx-ipuv3-crtc (part of imxdrm)
ipt-tee and ipt-u32 also list nf_tee, which is not a kernel module. The
packet duplication behind TEE is in nf_dup_ipv4 and nf_dup_ipv6, which
kmod-nf-dup-inet ships, and ipt-u32 has nothing to do with TEE.

Remove KCONFIG symbols that no longer exist in kernel 6.18 from the kmod
definitions. Some were renamed and the new symbol is already listed in
the same package (e.g. CRYPTO_GF128MUL -> CRYPTO_LIB_GF128MUL,
USB_YEALINK -> INPUT_YEALINK, MEDIA_RC_SUPPORT -> RC_CORE). The others
belong to options and drivers that were removed upstream (e.g. CAN_LEDS,
E1000_NAPI, NF_FLOW_TABLE_HW, the Keyspan firmware options).
The generated package metadata is unchanged apart from the
Kernel-Config field of the affected packages.

Many can kernel modules are now gated by the newly introduced
CONFIG_CAN_NETLINK configuration option. Activate it to build the can
drivers again.
This was changed in this upstream Linux commit:

This removes switches dependent on kernel version 4.14 as well as
several packages/modules selected only for that version.
This also removes sched-cake-virtual, which is not required anymore
now that we have only one variant of cake.

No target is using kernel 3.18 anymore, remove all the generic
support for kernel 3.18.
The removed packages are depending on kernel 3.18 only and are not used on
any recent kernel.

This reduces the needed modifications to the mainline Linux kernel and
also makes the regmap package work with an out of tree kernel which
does not have these modifications.
The regmap-core is only added when it is really build as a module.
The regmap-core is normally bool so it cannot be built as a module in an
unmodified kernel. When it is selected by on other kernel module it will
always be selected as build in and it also does not show up in
$(LINUX_DIR)/modules.builtin as it is not supposed to be a kernel module.
When it is not in $(LINUX_DIR)/modules.builtin the build system expects
it to be built as a .ko file.
Just check if the module is really there and only add it in that case.
This splits the regmap package into multiple packages, one for each bus type.
This way only the bus maps which are really needed have to be added.
This also splits the I2C, SPI and MMIO regmap into separate packages to not
require all these subsystems to build them, on an unmodified upstream kernel
this also causes problems in some situations.
