U-Boot's mtk-2p5ge driver downloads firmware to the MT7987 built-in 2.5G PHY, and loads it by running an environment script that reads the blob from storage. The blob therefore has to reach the U-Boot build, not just the rootfs. Copy both blobs into STAGING_DIR_IMAGE on filogic, so that uboot-mediatek can link them into the BE10000 U-Boot.
