gcc15 is using iso9899:2024 by default.
ccrypt fails to compile with it.
--> use previous standard "-std=c17" instead.

glibc 2.39 has removed libcrypt completely.
solution: link against libxcrypt built with glibc compatibility.

The CONTRIBUTING.md requests an (or multiple) SPDX identifier for GPL
licenses. But a lot of packages did use a different, non-SPDX style with a
"+" at the end instead of "-or-later".
