Changes since 704 include:
- add the || command and the right-limit-scroll command
- underline OSC 8 links; add -DO to colour them
- add LESSMSG, LESSSECURE_DISALLOW and LESS_SHELL_COPTION
- fix "END" message missing at the end of &-filtered output
- remove the obsolete lesskey program (this package does not install
it) and the pre-241 lesskey binary format
