Daniel Golle 3c88ccaa05 bottom: use the build system's Rust support ... Build with rust-package.mk of the build system from a vendor tarball generated from the GitHub tag archive, so that cargo builds offline. bottom builds with the Rust toolchain of the build system when one is selected, and with rust/host of this feed otherwise.
