acl 2.4.0 declares acl_get_file_at(), acl_set_file_at() and
acl_delete_def_file_at() in sys/acl.h, which clash with the static
helpers of the same names in tar's src/xattrs.c and break the build
with POSIX ACL support. Backport the upstream commit that renames the
helpers with a tar_ prefix; no tar release contains it yet.
