Stan Grishin 0cb1b9d12e adblock-fast: update to 1.1.2-10 
* bump compat version to accommodate new strings
* improve the output() function (thanks @bigsmile74)
* implement support for user-configurable per-instance dnsmasq confdirs
  for dnsmasq.conf|dnsmasq.ipset|dnsmasq.nftset options
