A client refuses shell, exec, subsystem and pty-req channel requests and direct-tcpip opens before any callback runs (RFC 4254 6.2, 6.5, 7.2). CHANNEL_OPEN_CONFIRMATION and CHANNEL_OPEN_FAILURE are a protocol error unless the channel's own open is still outstanding. - SshInit() installs the default WS_TermResize for servers only. - Drop the Windows clients' raw-HANDLE resize context; nothing uses it. - Move the channel request builders out of the server-only test block.
