Add test script for different TLS operations
This script tests the memory bucket optimizer with different TLS operations: - TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 connections - Different server configurations (Google, Cloudflare) - Session resumption - Non-blocking mode The script generates a summary of the results showing the number of allocations, unique sizes, largest bucket, and total waste for each test.
