Since the performance of the builtins varries by platform its off by default, but can be enabled by customer using `WOLF_ALLOW_BUILTIN`. wolfBench	Moved to IDE/XCODE. Fixed build warnings with xcode. Updated the `user_settings.h` to support fast math, ECC, timing resistance, single precision math, ARMv8, SHA3, ChaCha20/Poly1305, Ed/Curve25519 and ensure default disables are defined.
