Modify the test.h functions for setting up connections to allow for a SCTP option. 3. Update other examples to use the new test.h functions. 4. include.am	Updated build for "leantls" to support building only the client, by splitting BUILD_EXAMPLES into 3 parts (BUILD_EXAPLE_SERVERS, BUILD_EXAMPLE_CLIENTS and BUILD_TESTS).
