Added a couple of typecasts to some mallocs. 4. Modified the option guard for the mask member of Options for the webserver build. 5. include.am	Updated build for "leantls" to support building only the client, by splitting BUILD_EXAMPLES into 3 parts (BUILD_EXAPLE_SERVERS, BUILD_EXAMPLE_CLIENTS and BUILD_TESTS).
